Tapping In to Your Feelings
Find a quiet and comfortable environment where you can concentrate and let your thoughts flow freely. Minimize distractions and create a peaceful atmosphere that encourages reflection.
Don't worry about grammar, spelling, or structure. Allow your thoughts to flow without judgment or self-censorship. Write honestly and authentically, focusing on your emotions, experiences, and reflections.
In this class, I give you ideas on how to tap deeper into you and your joy.
Journal Writing
Keeping a daily journal can be a great way to reflect on your thoughts, experiences, and emotions. It can help you gain clarity, reduce stress, and track your personal growth over time. Here are some instructions to help you establish a daily journal writing practice.
Find a journal you love
The journal you choose is the foundation of the whole experience. We talk about different journals and why I chose the journals I write in. Discover different ways to fill the pages of your journal including 7-Day Challenges.
Bookmarks
Adorn your journal with a bookmark you create. We create three different bookmarks together to mark all the places in our journals we love to read again.
Mantra Cards
Every month I create a mantra card. I use thoughts, quotes, and, song lyrics to create a mantra that fits into my life at this time. They are beautiful to look at and set the tone for my month.
Journal Your Joy
Joy of Journaling is all about capturing your life. Document the highs and the lows. Your process that you have established or finding new ways of expressing. Ground yourself in your own words and thoughts and find the joy that lies within you.
Testimonials
I just had to write to tell you what an amazing class "The Joy of Journaling" is!! I've watched almost all of the videos and today received my journal. I am beyond excited.
Since enrolling in the class I have written in my old journal every day at least once and it has helped me so much. I recently learned at 69 years old that I am neurodivergent and on the autism spectrum. Even though it has helped explain so much of my past life and helped me sort things out, it was still a rather difficult thing to process at first. Seeing how your journaling helped you process things I felt like your journaling class was the best way for me to sort this all out and make sense of things. I laughed and told my daughter after your classes I wouldn't need therapy because they are so therapeutic.
Thank you again for a wonderful class!

These classes are so great Leaca. I have taken classes about exploring oneself and getting things down in a journal but most are either a lot of writing or minimal art. Or just seems like homework. The making it pretty is unique and I love it. 🩷🩷🩷
