Anatomy of Me

This class was created as a companion to The Joy of Journaling class.

So many of us have filled our lives with others. In this class we take a dive into our own thoughts and perceptions of our own lives. We work on different prompts and topics and find our way through how to connect to our inner selves and see how beautiful we really are.

We incorporate more art and creativity in this course as we create our own coat of arms, vision boards and much more.

Present OVER Perfection

When I am journaling it is for me. I like my journal to be messy and free. I am not one to use a consistent color scheme on all my pages. I just like freedom. NO complications. In this class we work to get rid of our fears and blocks around just being free in our journals. To be more present and have more fun doing it.

Self-Reflection

Start from the beginning and introduce yourself to your journal. Tell it your history. Who the heck are you? Where did you come from? Reveal it all on the pages of your journal.

Creative Journaling

Taking the time to just have fun and be creative is such a great reward. Enjoy yourself. Laugh at yourself and be present.

Self-Compassion

I am giving you permission to cut yourself some slack. Love yourself more. Practice self-care and see the good in you. If you already exercise this, lean in more. I am challenging you to fill your bucket.

Testimonials

These classes are so great Leaca. I have taken classes about exploring oneself and getting things down in a journal but most are either a lot of writing or minimal art. Or just seems like homework. The making it pretty is unique and I love it. 🩷🩷🩷
