I am so grateful you are here. I am a creative living in the middle of Alaska. I am surrounded by mountains and beautiful tundra. I have found my creative passion in illustration, mostly botanicals, but also documenting my life in art journal form. I love all things vintage and take advantage of infusing that into my art with vintage papers and pictures.

"Your class was my first ever since I only began my journey on Instagram artistically in January 2020. So I could not compare with anyone else. I love the tone of your voice. And it was just the right speed not too slow not too fast . Just perfect. I like the many videos for each steep and it was easy to refer after. The price was ok. It’s was my first class, my first sewing book and I like it a lot and I did a few other after . And since I can say that what I learn help me in my other book making. Leaca’s self-paced online class, Authentically Inspired Journaling is a must-take for all art journals! She covers so many topics and does not hold back with sharing all of her tried and true techniques. Watching her video lessons made me feel like I was sitting at a table with her, drinking coffee, and chatting about various aspects of journaling. She made me feel like I was a good friend she was having over to her house for an art date! Although Leaca and my art style are not the same, the way she presents her methods makes it possible for me to translate her ideas into my own style and in my own journals.
I am a self-titled life long learner who probably enjoys taking art classes as much as I enjoy actually doing the art, and I strongly feel that with every class I take, I walk away with something valuable that I will at some point incorporate into my work. With Leaca’s class, I have been left with dozens of bits that I will use. For me, that is the very best kind of class! Aside from all I learned from her, my very favorite thing about Leaca’s class is her friendly, easy going personality. I first ‘met’ her by listening to her being interviewed on a podcast; before I was even finished listening to it in its entirety, I had looked up her classes and enrolled in two of them, simply because I felt a connection to her as a person.
