Welcome to Monday Pages, a simple and soul-centered journaling practice to help you begin each week with clarity, intention, and a touch of creativity. In this class, we’ll explore how to set up a dedicated journaling page before your week begins—featuring blocks for reflection, focus, and inspiration. Each Monday, you’ll fill out prompts like: Three things I’m grateful for Weekly mantra or affirmation Word of the week Songs I’m loving right now Think of it as your personal dashboard for the week—rooted in self-awareness, sprinkled with joy, and entirely your own. Once a month, we’ll add in a Currently Page to capture the little details that make up your season of life—what you’re reading, watching, feeling, dreaming. This is an easy, beautiful practice that doesn’t require long entries—just a willingness to pause, reflect, and show up for yourself each week. Let’s make Mondays something to look forward to.
